KIS91 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Rules Guide

To use the KIS91 platform in full, you must register a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, email address, phone number, and valid date of birth. Providing false information is a serious violation of our terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you already have an existing account and wish to open a new one, please contact our support team first.

• Use the full name as it appears on your Malaysia identity card or passport.
• Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Update your profile information within 30 days if any changes occur.
• Sharing your login credentials with any other party is strictly prohibited.
• Registering using another person's identity or information is strictly prohibited.
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform is strictly prohibited.

KIS91 accepts a variety of safe and verified deposit methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major local banks in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden currency conversion fees.

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 10.00, while the maximum deposit depends on the selected payment method. All deposited funds may only be used for entertainment purposes on the KIS91 platform and cannot be transferred directly to other members.

KIS91 reserves the right to hold or review any suspicious deposits or those exceeding set limits as part of our compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. In such cases, you may be required to submit additional supporting documents.

Withdrawals at KIS91 are processed quickly and efficiently. All withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during operating hours (Monday–Sunday, 9 AM–11 PM). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating period.

Your first withdrawal will go through a standard identity verification as part of our security procedure. Please ensure the bank account information you registered is in your own name – withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.

• The bank account must be in the same name as the KIS91 account holder.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• No more than 5 withdrawal requests may be submitted at the same time.

KIS91 offers a wide range of bonuses to our members, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and a VIP program. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements stated at the time the respective promotion is launched.

The standard wagering requirement for most bonuses at KIS91 is 10x to 30x the total bonus amount received, depending on the promotion type. Some games may contribute a different percentage towards fulfilling the wagering requirements. Full details are included in the terms of each promotion.

• Each promotion has a valid period that must be observed – expired bonuses cannot be extended.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirements will forfeit any remaining bonus balance.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

All games available on the KIS91 platform use an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fairness and transparency in every round. KIS91 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Members are required to conduct themselves appropriately while using the platform, including when interacting with other players in live games or bingo. Any abusive behaviour, threats, offensive language, or attempts to disrupt other players' experience are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, KIS91 will use system logs to determine a fair outcome.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game interface.
• The use of software or tools that provide an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of collusion or cooperative betting intended to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited.

KIS91 takes the personal data protection of all members seriously. All information you provide during registration and use of the platform is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with Privacy Policy that complies with Malaysia's legal requirements.

Your data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers. KIS91 will not sell, transfer, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or for regulatory compliance purposes.

KIS91 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following activities: identity fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, in-game collusion, use of unauthorized software, or any violation of these terms.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, KIS91 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation finds no fraud, the balance will be returned within a reasonable period. If fraud is confirmed, the balance may be fully forfeited.

The KIS91 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, KIS91 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet failures, system errors, or force majeure.

KIS91 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

KIS91's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds in the member's account at the time of the relevant incident. All claims must be submitted to our support team within 30 days of the incident date.

KIS91 believes that online gaming should be an enjoyable source of entertainment, not a financial burden. We provide a range of gaming management tools to help members stay within healthy limits, including daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or the relevant court under the applicable jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The official language for all communications and proceedings relating to these terms is either Bahasa Melayu or English, at the choice of the initiating party.
